Rates and Reservation Information

Bed & Breakfast Plan
includes lodging and a full breakfast for two. $110-$200.

Daily room rates vary with the seasons within the range shown and are based on double occupancy. All rates are exclusive of state tax and are subject to change without notice. Single, third person and special package rates available upon request.

Check in time is after 3 p.m. Check out is by 11 a.m. We are a non-smoking Inn. The Inn is appropriate for children over 12. We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.

Reservations and Deposits
Minimum stays are required at certain times. We require an advance deposit equal to the daily room rate, or 50% of the total for stays longer than two nights. Deposits may be made by credit card or personal check. Deposits made by personal check must be received by us within 7 days of booking. We accept cash, personal checks, Amex, Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellations
Deposits will be forfeited if guests arrive after, or depart before the dates reserved. Refunds of the deposit less an administrative fee of $20 will be made for reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, 30 days prior during holiday and certain peak periods. If cancellation is made with less than the required 14 or 30 days notice, the deposit less the administrative fee will be refunded only if the cancelled space is resold.
