Chef Matthew Secich and his culinary team take you behind the scenes of our Inn's kitchen where magical things happen every day. These inspiring sessions offer more than just amazing recipe demonstrations and valuable professional cooking techniques.
You will learn "platefuls" of practical culinary ideas, tips, and secrets while savoring the flavors of the dishes just prepared.
Each session explores a specific topic, covering the basics, and then taking you to the exciting, creative side. It also includes a "Bonus Bites" topic designed to de-mystify a particular food or culinary skill. Class size is limited to 8 allowing for a relaxed, informal atmosphere conducive to open discussions that will certainly satisfy your curiosities and broaden your culinary horizons.
A memorable dining experience awaits you each night. On Sunday evening, the group joins together for a festive 5-course Chef's tasting dinner with wine pairing. On Monday evening, enjoy an intimate dinner for two.
Cooking Class Series - 2010
Classes will be held on the following Sunday/Mondays. Class size is limited to 8 attendees. So be sure to book early.

Custom Culinary Getaways are available for parties of 6-8 people based on availability (Sunday through Thursday). Private groups can request specific topics. Great for birthday gatherings, pre-wedding bridal party getaways, or any other group of friends/family. |
